Chemistry and confidentiality are critical to this partnership which is built on trust and allegiance to the coachee with some background, as appropriate, from the sponsor organisation. Following an initial chemistry session to ensure fit, our clients make a commitment to work with their coach for between 6-12 months (or less or more for a specific intense focused need). The coach acts as a sounding board; a creative stimulus and an experienced business professional and mentor.
Our coaches come equipped with business knowledge, coaching expertise, and tools and techniques designed to tackle specific challenges which raises confidence, gives strategic direction and focus, and builds success habits throughout the programme. Individual and 360-degree feedback is undertaken to increase self-awareness and to gather external perspectives from peers and senior colleagues where appropriate. There is no end limit on the duration of programme, but this can be tailored to suit needs and budgets.
