Executive Coaching

Executive coaching & leadership development is a collaborative partnership at senior level within an organisation and focused on helping to equip leaders and teams with the tools, knowledge and opportunities they need to be creatively productive and effective in their communication both to their internal stakeholders and external clients.

It is extremely solutions and results focused, revolving around organisational and professional goals to improve business results and performance, boost personal performance and to elevate operational effectiveness.

Coaching helps to build interpersonal skills, self-confidence and self-awareness and maximises leadership presence.  It increases the capacity to influence and obtain buy in from stakeholders as well as managing complex relationships; develops networking skills as well as helping these leaders and executives to self-manage organisational and personal change and help those around them to do the same. It also helps them to manage stress and maintain a work/life balance for personal fulfilment.

Leadership development expands the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations. Leadership development is thought to be key to business success. A study by the Center for Creative Leadership reveals that 65 percent of companies with mature leadership development programs drove improved business results as compared to 6 percent of companies without such a program. Similarly, 86% of companies with leadership development programs responded rapidly to changing market conditions whereas only 52% of companies with immature programs were able to do so.

Leadership is more than having just technical ability: it is also about inspiring motivating and guiding others. Leaders need to recognise where their teams are on their own professional journeys; set goals think strategically and engage and empower and motivate each employee to reach their own potential.

This is not only a difficult task , it is also a very solitary role without a coach to reflect with and develop ideas and meet challenges with.
