A graduate in Business Studies, Richard has expertise in HR and business experience in manufacturing, retail, and financial services, including as HR Director for Noble Lowndes and Partners, an international pension and employee benefits firm.

Moving into consulting, initially in Executive Search, there followed a period with a leading international outplacement and career management consultancy, working with blue chip organisations and individuals in  London, as well as working with Korn Ferry International.

He designed and led the tutorial team on the CIPD’s Postgraduate Certificate in Talent and Career Management a joint venture between CIPD and the Universities of Surrey and Middlesex.

Richard is a qualified practitioner in psychometric assessments including Quintax, viaEDGE (learning agility), and MBTI. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development travels extensively to work with our clients.
