Qualified in human resources and coaching, I use my knowledge and experience gained in the public, private (FTSE 100 business ) and not-for-profit sectors over 30 years to support business owners and professionals who want to grow themselves in order to make a bigger contribution to their business and clients or to advance their careers.
Whether it’s equipping leaders to manage others through change, building confidence following a job change or career break or stepping up on a senior leadership team my supportive style and systemic thinking put the individual at the heart of the conversation to help them think bigger and then make it happen.
I firmly believe that every relationship I invest in teaches me something about myself. My coaching and mentoring experiences give me energy, confidence, and the satisfaction that I have made a difference. I am naturally curious and working across a variety of sectors and organisations satisfies my need to keep learning and growing.
